History and Architecture

Riad Dixneuf la Ksour is the result of the meeting of two travel lovers and two very talented architects.
The location found near Djemaa el Fna in the renowned neighborhood of Laksour, gave free rein to the imagination of Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty, managing founders of l’Heure Bleue in Essaouira and the famous Café de la Poste in Marrakech

They got inspired by the Medersa ben Youssef, whose architectural beauty fascinates visitors to create this unique riad, one of the most beautiful riads in the city.
Sketches made at the time of construction gave a taste of the comfort that would be provided.

This beautiful riad is unique and combines architectural tradition and modernity. It inspires calm and serenity, away from the bustling red town.
