Rates

Price in euros ( TVA included, stay taxes: 2,50 euros per person /per night ).

Per room, per day on the basis of two people, including breakfast.

Extra breakfast: 12 euros

Additional person per room:
– 30 euros for children 5 to 12 years.
– 50 euros over 12 years, breakfast included.

To show due respect to our guests privacy, children under 5 years old are not allowed.

Rooms available (unless special event) at 2pm and releasable at noon.

Booking conditions:
20 days prior to arrival: 100% of the amount. holidays period: 50% at booking, 50% a month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
-Less than 20 days prior to arrival and in case of no show: 100% of total amount will be charged.

-Holidays season: from 60th to 31th days before arrival: 50% will be retained
-Less than 31 days prior to arrival or in case of no show: 100% will be retained.

Riad-exclusive special conditions:
50% deposit on booking, 50% 30th days before arrival.
cancellation policy:
– More than 60 days before the stay: the entire deposit will be refunded.
– From 60th to 31th days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
-Less than 31 days prior arrival and in case of no show: 100% of the amont will be charged.
